Not what I exprected

The chain is very small and thin. It seems like it will pop easily. It is also very short like a 12-14" and not a 16". The latch is so tiny and very difficult to open and close. The cross is very lightweight, small and plain. I had pulled the tag off before I realized how short the chain was so I cannot return it.
