Terrible service

I bought this last month. When I opened the box, there’s around 100 small pieces in the box and 1 item is damaged so I couldn’t finish the installation. I called Macy last week and sent them the photo of the damaged part. The lady said she will send those pictures to the vendor and ask me to wait for the vendor to respond but still didn’t hear anything from them yet.
