Not Working

The tablet was not working when I received it

Do not purchase this

Worst purchase ever it never worked wouldn’t charge or turn on . I messaged the warranty department asking for more info as the time had already passed since it was a birthday gift I had bought( way before the birthday). Never hurd back from them . So long story they just took me for my money on a product that didn’t work

Worst tablet ever

If I could give this no stars I would. I Bought this tablet for my toddler because it came with pre-installed books. The tablet will not hold charge since we have gotten it. It runs very very slow. The tablet turns off after five minutes of use but you spend the five minutes waiting for the loading screen to actually load. Worst tablet ever.
