I bought this TV as it had the best picture for its size in the shop. It's a wonderful television and we are very pleased with it. It connect to the Internet too which is brilliant. I got a Sony sound bar to go with it - tv has never sounded so good.

Not a happy experience
The worst remote I have ever encountered ,too small and buttons scattered across with no apparent connection with each other.need glasses to use it. Awful guide layout. And picture fine tuning very involved and long winded. Why tv says 120 hertz I don't know as I have 4 HD inputs and none are more than 60.as is usual these days the TV probably is fine for gaming etc but the aerial input struggles to provide a picture as good as my 15 year old Panasonic. Very disappointed generally and based on this experience I would not use Sony again.

Not as good as I expected
Having problems with keeping the Freesat stations at the moment and had stations keep pixelating but I guess that could be an aerial issue (hopefully)

So Far So Good, Kinda
The TV seems to be fine, BUT THE REMOTE DID NOT WORK RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. For EVERY Click to progress thru set-up/passwords I had to remove the batteries and click, remove batteries and click………. After 1,000 clicks I kinda go it to a point of working

Great product would recommend
Bought this as a replacement to an older Tv and have realised what we were missing, the clarity of the picture , sound and ease of use are fantastic. I was recommended Sony as ‘the king of TV’s’ and they weren’t wrong. We got the 65’’ model and are very impressed with it .
