I purchased this sound bar 3 months ago along with my sony 50” smart tv. While the bass is good for watching action films it is very disappointing for dramas trying to make out what people are saying. I have just finished watching Adolescence on Netflix and it was nearly impossible to make out episode 4. Very disappointed with purchase.

This is not the norm, as we always strive to deliver the best quality possible. You can reduce the BASS level by pressing the (BASS -) button on the remote control. If the issue remains, try the steps below and test again: 1. Disconnect the AC power cord (mains lead) from the wall outlet (mains) and then reconnect after several minutes. 2. Make sure that the sound bar is updated: https://cutt.ly/EraDIpU6 3. Connect the sound bar to the TV through HDMI cable instead of Bluetooth by following the steps in the "Listening to a TV Connected with an HDMI Cable (ARC) or Optical Digital Cable" section on page 1 here: https://cutt.ly/braDPa4R 4. If you're already using HDMI connection, disconnect the cables that are connected between the TV and the speaker system, then connect them firmly again. 5. When the speaker system and TV are connected with an HDMI cable only, check that the HDMI jack of the connected TV is labeled with “ARC.” 6. Set the digital audio out setting of the TV (BRAVIA) to "PCM". Wonderful sound.
Simplicity itself to set up and operate but why you do not include an HDMI cable with the product is baffling - it seems like penny pinching when dealing with such a quality product. Otherwise the purchase has been well-made and produces first class sound in my room.

Sound Bat
After being installed the blue tooth music skipped. You have to turn off the sound bars and then unplug it, wait for 1 minute and then plug it back in. That solved the problem.

It’s ok.
I was excited because it sounded so good on the display model. Got it home and not so much. No adjustments besides preset and bass volume. And everything we watch has a different sound level. Some have to be all the way up to hear it. Others on 15 setting. Would not recommend
