STOLEN PLAYSTATION!!!!!

DO NOT BUY PLAYSTATIONS ON MACYS. If I could give it 0 stars I WOULD! I cant believe this company! They sent a stolen ps5! I called PlayStation to verify why I got a message on screen when trying to set up the PlayStation ( “ This ps5’s services access is permanently or temporarily suspended “ ). They explained to me why i received that message & that it Macys and their third party contracts are responsible for this and for me to launch an investigation. I called Macys, explained what PlayStation side said & they sent me a label to return it and said I was protected from the seller if they stated otherwise! I trusted Macys for its long standing reputation however this worried me and worries me for the holiday season. I also submitted a complaint to Macys to investigate this company and its fraud so other children holidays won’t be ruined. My grandson birthday has now been officially RUINED. He cried and they should be ashamed for doing this. It broken my heart 💔

A circus of confusion at buyers time and patience.

I felt as if I was being tricked. Macy’s had UPS to attempt to deliver the system. I went on the WEBSITE and did a “PreSign” bcuz no one would be home during delivery. UPS came and took away the system, I called both UPS and MACY’s and was given the runaround. I ask Macys to have UPS to return the system back to them, bcuz I knew I was not going to be home no time this week. And the person I had to pick up the package from my home was headed out of town also. The customer service agent was rude and told me he was going to cancel the delivery and I would have to wait until it gets back to the warehouse to be reimbursed. So note that I never received the system, you are canceling the purchase, but I still need to wait until the system is returned. Macy’s has lost all the little respect I had for the company. I will never order anything else from you.
