Broken zipper

I absolutely loved the feel and look of this duvet. So soft and would have been perfect. I washed it and placed the comforter in the duvet only to realize the zipper was broken. I was so bummed. I'm going to buy another one and hope it works this time!

I received this so-called comforter it has no filling in it whatsoever it’s very pretty but flat as a sheet.
