inferior, sales rep lied said solid gold itsHollow

I called expert Macy sales rep lied and said its solid real gold. its not, it was light & its hollow and breaks easy , took to another jeweler and they revealed this is hollow and there selling this as real solid gold, hollow with light gold on outside breaks easy ,nothing on Macys reveals this is hollow and reps lie and say its solid gold, I bought this also on a 60% off Macys friends fam sale and the next day this hollow necklace regular price dropped to 240 less than what I paid , this whole jewelry thing and sales stuff with Macys is a scam! went to store and manager took return and made it right and apologize and admitted nothing on there Jewely gold necklace description even states whether its solid or not. she said that is totally wrong,, don't buy Macys necklaces, there all hollow
