My friend loved it.
Send to a friend for Xmas and she loved it. It went well with her Xmas dishes by Nikko pattern Happy Holidays.
Broken item!
I don't understand how they shipped this beautiful glass item without paper covering or plastic wrap around it, so, I received it broken! It returned!
Response from Macy's
Thank you for sharing this feedback, and we’re truly sorry your glass item arrived damaged. Fragile pieces should always be packaged with care, and we understand how frustrating it is to receive something broken—especially something you were looking forward to. We are glad you were able to return and hope you give Spode another chance to impress you in the future!
Broken trays
Two of the five arrived broken. Not a surprise considering the way they were packed. Very disappointing.
Response from Macy's
Hi Elizabeth, We’re truly sorry that two of the trays arrived damaged. It sounds like the packaging may not have been enough protection, and we appreciate you pointing that out. We’ll pass this along to our team so future orders can be packed more carefully. Thank you for letting us know, and we hope the return or replacement process goes smoothly.
Spode - Always a favorite
Beautiful dish with classic Spode Christmas markings. The fluted corners are really nice and the size is not too small but not too large.
Beautiful Xmas dish
These are lovely Christmas dishes...they'll make a perfect gift.
