Poor Quality

I couldn't believe the poor quality of these Spode Christmas Tree plates from Macy's. The back of plate says Special Edition which I did not know when I bought them. The painting on the plates is smeared. There are streaks on the dishes. It was quite shocking actually.

Smaller than advertised.

These are advertised as 12 ounces, but barely hold 10 ounces. Other than that, they are fine.
