Resistance Bands

The bands are exactly what I need to rehab my 2nd rotator cuff surgery. It’s what I used during my PT with my Physical Therapist. Now that I’m doing therapy at home it allows me to perform the same exercises that I was doing at the rehab center!!

I love these!

I've been making do with loop bands and dumbells for a while, but these have been a gamechanger. The handles in particular make these super comfortable to use. The only thing to be wary of is that if you hook them around furniture legs like I like to do, the carabiner clips can scratch your furniture pretty badly, but there are ways to prevent this if you make the effort. (You can also just use the door anchor, which works fabulously.)

Prosource good but

Prosource extreme resistance bands are good quality with a serious exception. I have experienced their faulty use of a very small ball incase in material as an anchor to place at a door hinge and close the door. The third day of use the ball blew out of the fabric and of course nothing is holding the bands and I am in a slingshot,flying across my workout room backwards. I do no t use their current anchor anymore but one that came with a five year old set.

Gets the job done!

I haven't had a chance to use them as frequently as I had hoped but the few times I gave used it, I've always had a good workout. Initially, I thought the material would be flimsy but it's surprisingly very durable. I wish the bands had their weights labeled on them because it's hard remembering what each color weighs. Overall, I've had a great experience so far and I would recommend it to anyone who is still weary about going to the gym but they don't want to slack on staying fit. For those who are used to heavier weights, consider getting their heavier bands.
