Bowls arrived in an undamaged box but one of the set of two was broken. When I contacted Macys I was given three options. Take my time to pack it up and drive to a UPS site, take 25 % ofl a new order or get a $15.00 gift card. Since neither the % off or gift card covered half the cost of the item I packed it up, printed their label and took it to UPS. All reasonable if I just did not want the product but not OK to make me do all this when it came to my doorstep broken. Not satisfied.

Simple and beautiful. The bowl has a nice weight to it.

Beautiful Colors & Great Quality

Recently purchased this item and I love it! I thought it would be heavy, but it’s not. The size is perfect for rice bowls, and the dust-pastel colors make my dinner table so fun. I just wish they had a matching dinnerware set in the same color palette I would definitely buy it!

We were impressed by the material quality and versatility of these beautifully designed bowls. The difference is noticeable from conventional bowls you can buy. The size size and capacity is also just right. My wife mostly loved the colors which looks just as good as the images.

Ordered the blue Staub serving bowl. It’s beautiful! Definitely large enough for a big family salad, cooked veggies or a pile of mashed potatoes. Staub doesn’t again!

New ceramic bowl
I love the simplicity of the design which makes it practically universal to use in any setting. Wish it came in bigger size- would have bought both.
