Terrible logistics and zero customer support

​I never even received these boots because Macy's shipped them to the wrong address. When I asked to redirect the package to the correct address, they refused and said they would only process a return. Now I have no shoes and I have to wait weeks for a refund. Total disappointment. Avoid buying here if you want your items delivered correctly.

Favorite Black Boot

Love these boots! It took about three wears to break them in. They are my good to boot, look great with everything from jeans, dresses and skirts. Originally bought the black and a couple of weeks later purchased the brown. Would have also bought the tan as they are now sold out.

Painful

Wore these once and got severe blisters on the back of my heels that broke skin and caused bleeding. This wasn't a normal break-in issue, the heel counter is very stiff and rubbed constantly while walking. Love the look, but the comfort just isn't there.
