Cardboard for a couch

This couch is the poorest quality that Macys could put out. Its shocking that its on the Macys website. Its nothing like the picture & when you sit on it it feels like you are sitting on a board. Its being returned & we will not buy another couch from Macys, which was typically our go to for couches!!
