Defective item shipped and slow customer service

It’s been about 3 weeks after we received and assembled the sofa. The last step was to assemble the pullout bed and we noticed existing multiple cuts, rips. Emailed the company the next day. They said they would ship the replacement part. It’s still not here. I’m close to disputing this purchase with PayPal and request a refund. Almost impossible for us to take the whole thing apart, stuff them back into the 2 boxes and haul it back to UPS to ship. Extremely disappointed.
