Assembly

This couch was not easy to assemble. Instructions are pictures only, which is good, but there was no video to show (just a link to nothing). We ended up with an extra long bar that isn't sown on the picture and no holes to install it to. Also Nobody to call and ask. All cushions and pillows came vacuum sealed that need 72 hrs. With some bluffing before they fully expand. The pull out was also different and uses one of the couch cushion for the bed part. Knowing all this I wouldn't have chosen the piece of furniture at the price paid.
