they are fabric, not leather had to return

received 2, and immediately noticed they were fabric, not leather as described EVERYWHERE in their info section. now I have to UPS 40 PDS back to supplier, not MACYS. AND wait for them to approve the refund. how disappointing, and unprofessional. how can they make a mistake like this?
