Minor Scraches and Time Drift

The watch strap has minor scratches, and the watch consistently displays the wrong time. I’ve tried setting the correct time before heading out, but after a couple of hours, it starts showing a time that’s about 5 minutes off—and the discrepancy keeps increasing over time.
