Boots Run Small, Calf Runs Wide

I am a size 10.5 regularly, but these ran small. I ordered wide calf initially, but they were too wide. The second time around, I ordered an 11 that fit great on the foot. Arch support wasn’t too great, but I will survive. I also chose regular calf the second time around, but they kind of bunch up under my calf. I’ll keep them, but just a strange fit over all.

Foot and ankle not wide enough

You would think that is someone needs a wide calf boot, they also need the foot and ankle to be wide also. Other than that, I wish they would have fit because the boots were very nice, good quality.

Used-Worn out-Stained

The item arrived in a box with no protective packaging. Both pairs were clearly used and worn, with visible wrinkles throughout. One boot had a white circular stain, and another had a white residue (likely glue) that could not be removed. This is unacceptable for an item sold as new. It’s especially disappointing because I would have kept the boots due to needing a wide-calf fit if they had arrived in proper NEW condition.
