Used-Worn out-Stained

The item arrived in a box with no protective packaging. Both pairs were clearly used and worn, with visible wrinkles throughout. One boot had a white circular stain, and another had a white residue (likely glue) that could not be removed. This is unacceptable for an item sold as new. It’s especially disappointing because I would have kept the boots due to needing a wide-calf fit if they had arrived in proper NEW condition.

Beautiful boots!

I had to return them because I got the wide calf and they were way way too big, but that’s my fault!! The boots themselves were beautiful. I love them. I tried to figure out a way, but the calf part was just way too big, but I also got them in brown and they fit perfect with the regular calf.

The quality is there. The look is spot on. They are wide calf. But not as wide as I expected them to be. I also believed them to be no zipper pull on boots but they aren't. Dissatisfied with that. I won't be able to wear them but with certain things.

Great Fit!

I wear a size 8 in shoes so I sized up to an 8.5. I also got this in wide calf and for the 1st time in ages, it fits perfectly! it comes right below my knees. It is well made and does not tend to slouch when you walk as others do. It was a bit snug around my foot area but probably because it needs to be broken into. Overall, great fit! Very lovely!
