Nice jeans that I bought before. They do Stretch

Didn't arrive, after I got email saying it was delivered, so I contacted Macys and was told a replacement would be sent. It was part of a multi package delivery. The other package arrived. I called the next day, automated system said it was in process. A week later, nothing delivered. No information online. Nothing to indicate a replacement has been sent. No refund on my card. I have shopped at Macys 30 years, gotten deliveries for over a decade. This is the first time I've had a problem.
