Wrong height

Bought these chairs thinking it was going to match my previous chairs. Nope, not the right height. When I called Macy’s to return the chairs, I was told I was going to be charged a 15% restocking fee. These chair aren’t cheap so doing the math on15% wasn’t even worth the return. Even more frustrating, the chairs arrived on the day I was giving birth to my first child and had a three day stay. This meant I exceeded the window for the free return. The box for the chairs arrived damaged and my husband informed me some of the screws were rusted, after we decided to keep them when the restocking fee wasn’t worth the cost of the return.
