Works well heavy without added weights provided

Tried my best the other day on my regular 4.5 mile walk and boy did it make a difference. The vest comes weighted with extra removable weights. I removed all the 6 extra weights and put it on. It still is heavy but doable. I noticed by the end of my walk I slowed down and I was more tired than usual. The vest is comfortable for a walk but definitely would flap around on a run so I wouldn’t advise. Well worth the cost. I would Recommend.

Arrived Late

I was supposed to receive the weighted vest by 12/24 (Christmas gift). It arrived after Christmas. Unacceptable. I plan on returning.
