never received

It states it was delivered and then it says it was returned and a replacement was sent out doesn't make any sense so I guess I'll write a review if I ever get the item customer service at Macy's is not very good.

Never again !

When I ordered this set, they said it would be delivered within two to five business days. But it’s been three weeks and I’m still waiting. I haven’t cooked for three weeks because I just moved in and I don’t have any pans because these people are not serious. This is the worst vendor I’ve ever seen.

Poor Quality

I was very excited to purchase a T-Fal cookware set, however, the quality is just not there as it once was. The pans are extremely flimsy and the plastic utensils "bonus" are very poorly made. I returned this item for a refund.

Deceptive Advertising

I placed the order for the T Fal set. Macy’s advertised “bonus with purchase” indicating that the purchase includes the bonus of a 3 piece Magic Bullet blender set. When it did not arrive with the order I called and was told it is a “purchase with purchase.” Today, I checked Macy’s website and it still shows “bonus with purchase.” Macys, you are now into deceptive and false advertising, so disappointing. The rep on the phone told me many customers are calling about this.

T Fal Culinaire 16 Piece Cookware

What a rip off. Not what is pictured. The cookie sheet can fit in your toaster oven. The pots are mostly tiny. My fault because I should have actually looked at specs. Also I bought it as an early Black Friday deal but got charged more than the item was promoted costing. I'm too lazy to return but just letting others know. Macy's is not a great store anymore.
