Damaged upon arrival

The packaging was horrible, for 2 of my pans it was placed into the box crooked and when I opened it i noticed that the pan was horribly dented.

Damaged items

Extremely dissatisfied, two pans both having dents. Glass lids will not close properly and the dents and improper fitting are very noticeable. The box did not contain any foam or protection. This is not satisfactory.

Do not buy

The pan is partially flat near the handle. The lid doesn't fit. It looks like a manufacturing fail. No wonder it was 80% off.

Twice this pan arrived dented. Macy's is officially the worst retailer. So the 1st came dented so you said 8 could get another sent to me. 2nd one dented

ARRIVED DAMAGED!

I should have read the reviews: my pan also came dented. What a waste of time. Had to return it and instead of getting my money back, they gave me a Macy's gift card. Now I have to purchase something else from Macy's.
