Very happy with the chair, but assembly was not easy. Not easy to bolt through the upholstery. Would have been much easier if the instructions specified how to orient & lay down the chair for each step in the assembly.

Very comfortable chair.

Assembly instructions were very good. Some of the chrome colored inserts were too large to insert into the holes.

Great chair Assembly Required

The quality and comfort of this chair is all anyone could ask for. I purchased it because I have neck problems. However, it is shipped out completely disassembled. If you are not great at putting furniture together with screws and an Allen wrench, this might not be the right purchase. I'm not handy with tools and it took me 2 hours to put it together by myself.
