Horrible sleep experience

I purchased these pillows for comfort and cooling effect, I didn't get neither! It starts cool and then after less than an hour it will turn into a furnace. Expect neck pain the next morning. And they are not returnable!

Cool and firm

These pillows are exactly what I was looking for with good firmness and cool touch for sleeping. I've had them for a month and can't imagine giving them up. Even took them camping so I knew I'd be comfortable and sleep well! Wish it hadn't taken me so long to order them!

Still the Best!

We bought my wife a tempur-pedic pillow 16 years ago because she needed a firm pillow for support and hated that any pillow she bought, even ones labeled as "firm," quickly lost their structure and didn't work. The tempur-pedic did work........for years. It was a great investment. But eventually she wanted to get a new one. I looked into it and could only find the tempur-cloud dual cooling pillow that was listed as medium-firm. She didn't like that it wasn't labeled "firm," but I got it for her anyway. Wow, what a great pillow......she loves it!! It helps her get a great night's sleep and the firmness is perfect. Thank you for your wonderful product, which not only last for years, literally, but that you still produce. Very satisfied!

Miss the old original but this is a nice pillow

Miss my old 100% viscoelastic memory foam TEMPUR-pedic pillow but this one is nice. Price is high for value. Mine showed up in a crushed box that had opened & got smashed but the company sent me a new one after I jumped through all the hoops.
