Weak Clasp

The clasp is weak. With very little effort/pressure they fall right out of your ear lobe. I expected better.

Gorgeous Hoop but very weak clasp.. Buyer beware!

Gorgeous mid-sized hoop to dress up or down. The earrings have very weak clasps especially considering the cost & weight of the earring which is disappointing. 1 of the earrings kept falling out of my ear and the last time I didn't notice in time to look for it. Still a beautiful hoop earing.

Clasp

Unfortunately, the clasp on the e earrings came a loose and my earrings fell out. I didn’t realize it until the other one dropped out (hours later). It was too late for one of them, it was ran over and smashed. It’s only been a month and few days since purchased and received. Would really like to know if Macy’s would s be another pair or refund?

Very weak clasp for the weight of the earing.

The earrings are absolutely beautiful but extremely weak. One of the clasp broke a month after its purchase and it's to late to return it. I'm quite disappointed for it was pricy. Annick
