Completely disappointed. I followed the instructions for cooking and cleaning, watched videos of how to cook and clean stainless steel cookware for extra information and with all of that, they have color stains that I can't remove from them.
Things to beware of
This is great. Heavy and we'll made. HOWEVER... IT SLIDES easily on the stove. Real easily. IT GETS HOT on the handle(s) so moving it requires using caution and a mitt. Other than that, it cooks well and clean up is so simple. Just be careful so you don't get burned.
Scratches
It’s nice but it’s not resistant to scratches especially from a sponge ! Can’t use it

Macy’s worst Customer Service
It’s has been a month since I purchased the item and it has yet to be delivered. Customer service has been unhelpful in trying to resolve the matter.

I like the stainless steel product so i choose this. It give me so much option that i can use different pots and pan for different purpose and it heat so fast and easy to cook.

When I ordered this set for my daughter and son in-law, for Christmas, they arrived quickly for me to pickup and when I picked them up both of the store associates were pleasant and helped me quickly. The level of there professionalism was very much appreciated.
