DO NOT ORDER THIS

I ordered this from Macy's website said it would be delivered to store by Christmas then I get an email about 5 days later saying it was backordered and to click an icon to cancel but just took me to order with no option to cancel. So I called customer service and they use offshore assistance from India and person just gave me the run around saying basically nothing they can do because it is an outside vendor and I had selected to do survey and because she knew it would be bad instead of hanging up so I can go to survey she transferred me back to customer service.
