Very thin material and runs really small

I work in a clinic and needed it to be warm cozy. This jacket is so thin and very cheap feel to it.

I got them and I returned both of them the next day it was very disappointing for me the material of those jackets almost 200 dlls not good for the winter I really thought they were going to be nice and cozy. It was for Christmas presents Thanks
