Our Waterbury Traditional Chronograph is built with a sturdy 41mm stainless-steel case and equipped with a chronograph movement for tracking elapsed time and a tachymeter bezel for determining average speed. Unique tonal sub-dials bring an understated and sophisticated color contrast to its blue dial, which houses a date window between 4 and 5 o'clock and bold hour markers punctuated by brilliant red. The crown proudly displays the Waterbury Watch Company logo, and the pushers are enhanced with a crosshatch texture. Opt for a more traditional style with a black natural leather strap with contrast side stitches and quick-release spring bars.

The watch is solid with

The watch is solid with great finishing. Timex need to work on the lumen though as this model does not has the indglo light it’s useless on the dark hours.

There’s very little to dislike

There’s very little to dislike about this watch, especially at this price point. It looks fantastic and has a distinctive presence on the wrist (7 inch wrist), with polished indices that catch the light beautifully and enhance legibility from a distance. The lume performs well—nothing extraordinary, but certainly adequate. The blue dial is absolutely stunning and gives the watch real character. It’s easily earned a place in my weekly rotation. I also appreciate the subtle nod to Waterbury, which feels personal since I’m originally from the area. My only real complaint is that I wish TIMEX offered an option for a stainless steel bracelet.
