They did not have an elastic waistband as advertised. The legs seem to have stretch but not the waist. One of 3 pairs I bought did have this and while all three were supposed to have it there was a very noticeable difference between the two that did not. Make sure to buy a size larger as the 2 pairs without any stretch are extremely tight. The one pair that did was great but it was not this one
