Bad Packaging

Would have given it 5 stars; however, common sense and logic wasn't used when packing, as it was partially packed with the strong adhesive portion adhered to the umbrella, which itself is clear plastic, thereby making it impossible to unpack without tearing the umbrella up all around. As a result, it was returned exactly as it came.

Delivered broken TWICE!

This thing is so cheap. It came broken, I ordered a replacement and it was broken and bent again. Don’t buy.

Too hard to open and shut

Umbrella is extremely hard yo open and close. I asked for a new one and returned the old one. The second one sent is exactly the same. Would not buy.

I like the style if it, I find it a little hard to open and when I close, sometimes my finger gets pinched, but I’ll keep it and use it. It keeps the shoulders dry, maybe with time it will work easier.
