Happy, not thrilled
It Is a good roasting pan. It is on the smaller side, which is what I wanted. Big enough for a family meal, not a banquet for a dozen people or more. Solidly constructed. The stainless steel body looks like it will be serviceable for many years. It looks much more like what I would expect to see in a restaurant kitchen, rather than the luxury cookware of well appointed home chefs.

Roasting Pan
I haven't had a chance to use the pan yet but it is sleek looking and quite hefty, which is good! I am excited to give this to my daughter for her first Thanksgiving Dinner. We will be cooking a "chicken" and this size pan should be perfect. It is nice enough that it should last for many years!

Best cookware ever!
I haven’t used it yet, but I’m very excited. In my opinion, stainless steel is the best cookware. It’s durable, easy to clean and has a long life. I have other stainless cookware that I’m still using that’s over 25 years old.

I like the pan, perfect size...One concern though after only my first use of it cooking 2 lamb chops on the included rack, unfortunately, on the bottom of the pan below where the cops were cooking it left a very big amount of discoloring that will not come out even with scrubbing using a saft pad. Now the bottom of my pan is two-tone, one a lighter gray and where the lamb cops were cooked about 30% of the pan is a darker gray...This doesn't sound normal to me and I am concern the metal has a defect and might not be food-safe anymore...Can a customer service agent address my concern?

Pan purchaser
1 year agoRainbow streaks
Pan was used once and had discolored patches , rainbow like colored streaks through it which couldn’t be removed ( tried several times using various products ) . Had heat on 450 for 1/2 hr then 300 for 2 hours. Obviously it’s functional but thought the “new” look of the pan would last a bit longer than once use.

Top quality steel roasting pan.
Top quality steel roasting pan. I love my tramonta fry pans and use them everyday and thought I’d try their roaster. I’m not disappointed. It’s the same excellent quality. It’s just the right size for a small family, or for one person to have leftovers, and goes from the oven to the stovetop where it fits on the front burner. It’s thick steel and the handles are very solid and secure. It looks and feels like an heirloom piece.
