My luggage got ripped from the zipper I will not buy it again

I never received the luggage he took it to the wrong apartment or he took it to the wrong building, but I have not received it as of yet and Mase is denying my claim and I’m very upset with them at this time because I buy a lot of stuff from Macy’s it’s not fair I didn’t they told me that they they they didn’t have anymore said they was gonna credit my account saving me back my money and they did not me. I don’t know what happened so I’m not a happy person right now.

Nice luggage set
This luggage set is nice. It is fashionable and handy. The material is lightweighted, and the interior is spacious. The shipping package is compact and nicely packed. The zipper is easy to slide. The value for this set is great and affordable. The only thing I am not sure is the durability. My spouse raised the same concern as well since the luggage set seems to be a bit thin. That being said, we have not owned it long enough to make judgement. However, we are happy with this set.

Do not recommend
It is very light weight and would probably be good for vacation if going by car. However, I would not recommend this luggage for flying. Each piece had a wheel break off. And the wheel did not break. It actually broke the whole thing off and broke the plastic of the suitcase. If the wheel would’ve broken off I would’ve just ordered a new one and replaced it. But it broke off so bad I could not replace it.

I’m honestinf Shockingly impressed with the Travelers Club Shannon set. I bought it thinking, “Please just don’t fall apart,” and it completely exceeded expectations. The wheels glide great, the hard shell actually feels sturdy, and has held up on a few trips already and the sizes are perfect—the carry-on never leaves my side now, and the large one fits my entire overpacking habit with room to spare. Lightweight, cute, easy to maneuver, and doesn’t feel cheap at all. For the price? Honestly a steal. Totally recommend.

Super lightweight but sturdy
Light weight but rolling super smooth. The size is perfect for the whole international trip, fill the whole 2 month trip for 2 people. they’re also very strong and sturdy. Highly recommend.

Broke after 1 use
Broke after 1 use . Interior and exterior zipper broke, se started separating. Had to tape bag shut for return flight
