Liked the quality and color

I liked the burgundy color and sturdiness but was dissatisfied with lack of pockets. I should have checked but assumed all luggage had pockets on the divider film. I now have to purchase separately cubes for smaller articles that I want to keep separate from clothes. Did not return it due to inconvenience of large box and the price was good for a 3 pc.

Zippers don’t work they open. Very disappointing. I had to run and buy another set last minute before traveling

Very disappointed with luggage set quality

Worst suitcase set I've ever purchased Gave it to my son as a Xmas present used for a cruise to Bahamas and the big luggage zipper broke on its first trip very very disappointed with the quality of this product I had to leave it Miami port since it would not zip up and use duffle bags to finish the trip Worst luggage ever!! Sorry to say

I never received the luggage he took it to the wrong apartment or he took it to the wrong building, but I have not received it as of yet and Mase is denying my claim and I’m very upset with them at this time because I buy a lot of stuff from Macy’s it’s not fair I didn’t they told me that they they they didn’t have anymore said they was gonna credit my account saving me back my money and they did not me. I don’t know what happened so I’m not a happy person right now.
