Dimensions are not accurate

The depth dimensions are not accurate. For instance the depth dimension for the smaller suitcase on this website and the literature that comes attached says it is 11 inches deep. In reality it is 9 inches. That means this suitcase is 3.6 sq ft less than advertised. Thats huge.

Might be defective.

Could be the one i got was just defective. But the handle collapses on its own. But the material isn't flexible enough to add items without completely opening. Has a dent from 2 uses.

The large bag’s top handle broke after two trips. These are horrible quality

Customer service is horrible

I ordered 2 of these luggage sets and one came with a scratch & a dent on the other. I’m assuming because of the holidays maybe the delivery company was just throwing packages which could be how those damages came but again that’s my assumption. I called first & the agent wanted me to go 30mins to my nearest store and “see if” they have another set and will change it out for me. No sir I am not driving 30mins out the way and it may be possible the set is not in stock. I didnt have time to send them back as we were leaving 2 days later. I emailed and received a email stating that nothing could be done about the damages. I will no longer shop with Macys because this is ridiculous and as I stated I had to keep it because we were going out the country & I didnt have time to try to go to different stores to find another set. The set itself seems pretty good
