BUYER BEWARE

It said seller ships within 2 days. After 2 days, still showed processing. I called Macys DAILY FOR OVER A WEEK to cancel. The seller refused to cancel. It took OVER 2 Weeks to receive items. I REFUSED delivery. Says refused on UPS. MACYS says "delivered" Worst experience with the seller AND Macys. Hope this review helps others

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I PLACED ORDER DEC 2ND. IT SAID 3 TO 6 DAYS FOR DELIVERY. DEC 4TH STILL "PROCESSING" I HAVE CALLED MACYS EVERY SINGLE DAY TO CANCEL. THEY KEEP SAYING THEY CANCELLED. NOW, TODAY A WEEK LATER IT SAYS SHIPPED. I WILL NOT GET THIS IN TIME. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE EITHER. BIG REGRET! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVICE TOO. STILL DO NOT HAVE THIS LUGGAGE SET!
