Great bag

Packs well and moves fantastically. Fully packed, does not go under seat, and it is supposed to do so. Warranty is great, but registering for it is impossible.

Perfect Addition to an Already-Loved Luggage Collection

This was a Christmas gift and it was a big hit. The recipient already owns other luggage that he really likes, so I wanted something that would live up to his standards—and this definitely did. Missing compression organizer

It’s been an unnecessarily cumbersome process to report a missing piece. We’ve submitted all the photos, most of which were completely unnecessary as there was no “damage”. We are now waiting to get a replacement. As far as recommending this product, probably not. We’ll see if we get resolution. This was intended for use for an upcoming trip, and the compression piece was a significant reason we purchased this one.

Great Bag For The Price

I have purchased many Travelpro bags in the past, all lasting countless trips. The quality of this one appears to be up to par so far, with only one complaint about the retention straps inside which are very difficult to use. . . the strap's buckles should meet in the middle of the main compartment, not on the front side where it's almost impossible to fasten with a full bag.
