Poor design for the Locke

Received as gift. The bag itself works fine. However, the lock broke the first time I used it for Travel. I am now trying to get Travel pro to replace it with minimal success. Would not recommend buying these bags at Macy’s.

Love TravelPro!

Have had travelPro suitcases, various sizes, since my 30s. They are well made products. Always had black soft sides but chose a beautiful blue shade hard side this time. Thanks TravelPro for for making my adventures easy all these years!

Terrible quality

I was so surprised with how thin and flimsy it feels. Does not feel sturdy at all. The wheels are just as poorly made. Travel pro is a great brand but this model does not share the same quality as the others. Buy travel pro from their website

They do not warranty their product

I will never buy this brand and I encourage everyone else stay away they do not stand behind their product. Buyer beware.

Disappointing - limited lifting options

Packing space inside is limited due to telescoping handles base frame running down the center inside the luggage piece. This is not the higher end of Travelpro luggage line. There is only a single handle on the top of the luggage. No handle on the side of luggage. Makes it challenging to lift the luggage into an overhead compartment on an airplane or onto a luggage rack in a hotel room. Had never previously owned luggage that only had a top handle. You don’t think about how much you use both handles on a 22” luggage piece until it’s not there. Had I noticed the no side handle when initially considering the purchase. I would not have purchased it. Would not purchase it again. Liked the color option of ocean blue.
