Definitely will be returning this item. Beads are so small they look like dirt and need a pair of glasses to see what they are.

VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

This necklace has NO rose gold. Maybe white. It's is NOT worth the money. It has VERY, VERY SMALL, little beads and a VERY thin chain. I bought this for my daughter for Mothers Day. What an embarrassment. It is the WORST gift ever! When it was arrived, it was ALL TANGLED UP IN A BOX. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY JEWELRY HERE.

I already started the return process, it’s too tiny and very fragile. Was total different from the picture.

Too small

I bought this item for a friend. When I received it, it looked like it was a return. There was something missing from the box and hair mixed up in the chain. Very disappointing returning this item. beads were a lot smaller than the picture

Practically invisible

I contacted Macy's online before ordering this necklace to verify the diameter of the beads; it isn't indicated on their website, but they sure looked bigger than this--a LOT bigger. The live chat assistant took 15 minutes to check both with their jewelry salespeople and then even went online to check OTHER websites' description of the same or similar necklaces. We concluded our chat with "okay, take a chance." The necklace arrived today. The beads/balls are 2.4 MILLIMETERS in diameter. Not inches. MILLIMETERS. I'll never order from Macy's jewelry online again.
