Shaver came with lose parts
I received after a week waiting the Men electric shaver. First, it came with two of three flex blade completely out of housing, took me more than 1/2 hour to assemble them back. Secondly, the shaver is not as good as my old Philips Electric shaver.

I tried shaving my very blond leg hairs and it didn't work. I also tried on my husbands neck hair and that didn't work either. The quality is very poor and cheaply made.

The package arrived broken. I can’t even return it at the store because it’s from a 3rd party vendor and it’s the third item I unknowingly order from a 3rd vendor at Macy and the quality is terrible.

Don't waste your money.
This is a cheap piece of junk. I received it in poor condition. The top would not stay shut; the shaver did not work. That was bad enough, but, when I took it to the Macy's, at Grossmont Shopping Center, in La Mesa, California, I had the misfortune of trying to deal with Sarah, at the return counter. She was harsh, loud, and showing the shaver to her 2 friends behind the counter and talking about it. She said I could not return it. First, she told me it was over 30 days, since I purchased it, it was only 5 days. She went over to show it to her 2 associates again. I asked what the problem was. She told me to lower my voice. How embarrassing, she has a loud and stern voice, everyone was looking at me. She then said It was a third-party item; I would need to call customer service. I have been a Macy's customer for years, back when it was Mayco. This is the first time I have been embarrassed and treated so poorly. I was going to cancel my card, but I realized I had delt with so many kind, helpful staff at all the Macy's I have visited, some of them even recognize me and I recognize them. We have a good repour. Sarah is loud and rude. The Perry Ellis Electric Shaver is a waste of time and money.
