Concept is great, little flaw

The only flaw is when mopping, since the handle is shorter when you push the mop to far away from you the head flips over on itself because of the pressure on one side. Kind of annoying.

True & Tidy ‘12/‘25

True&Tidy is thankfully the first thing that I’ve noticed in working and keeps my mind occupied on other tasks. Better than vacuum which are not fit for multiple tasks and dusting is away of any potential problems/issues caused by air contaminators or air quality. Great decision in buying this product. ??

Amazing product

This mop is a game changer. it cleans great wet or dry! I wish the water distributed more evenly onto the mop pad. It seems to really just soak one side but by the time you run the mop through the drying squeegee it does spread the water. Put the pump where it soaks the middle of the mop on the next model and it would be the world's greatest mop.

Best mop ever!!

I feel like my floor and clients floors are the cleanest they have ever been!! I own a cleaning company and wow the water gets dirty. LOVE that it keeps the clean and dirty water separate. The only down side is it’s to short of a handle. I wish it had one more link or just a telescoping handle made out of the same metal because it doesn’t rust which is amazing.
