Dissapointment

I bought this beautiful necklace and love the pendant, but the necklace itself broke at 45 days. Reached out via online chat and was told because it was past 30 days they could not assist me, so I will try to take it in store to see if they will at least replace the necklace chain. I am not happy with the price I paid for the item to have the necklace break the way it did.

Impressed

I had a similar necklace with pendant in white gold. I do love this one and seems sturdy. Thought price was alittle high. However it went on sale before I received it, I reached out to Macys and they quickly refunded the difference, was for sure impressed by this policy. Kudos to Macys.

The actual pendant is beautiful, however the chain is very, very cheap and thin. I’m going to need to purchase another chain to give this to my granddaughter.
