Love the size and quality

This is the perfect size for me. I previously ordered a larger one, but it was just too big and returned it. This is perfect for the minimalist person. I bought one for my wife and she loves it too. Just be sure to check the dimensions and see which one will fit your needs.

Incredibly Disappointing

This bag is a complete disappointment and waste of money. In the last six months, I have bought two of these bags, which have both broken on their first commercial flight. The first bag lost two front zippers, and I was able to return the bag because it was within the 30 day window for returns. The second bag I took with me on a business trip where I was in one location for six weeks and on the way home the bag lost an entire wheel. Bloomingdale’s store gave me a hard time and will not allow me to return the item. I have bags that cost 1/8 of this bag that have lasted me years. It’s absurd that this bag would break so quickly.

Fantastically robust travel companion

Trunk is a much better alternative to the regular checked luggage. It is easier to maneuver, and also easier when opening, not requiring as much floor space. I love the organizational aspects of this, from the built collapsable shelves, multiple pockets, as well as the ability to access the trunk from the top opening if it's fully loaded.

Too bad

Difficult to roll through the airport. Does poorly on any textured tiles. The bag was checked (mandatory gate check) and was scuffed all up after only one use. I wish I hadn’t wasted my money on this splurge. I don’t think it will last as long as I had intended. It’s a bummer because it’s a pretty case and the front opening design is wonderful. I was able to fit two weeks worth of clothes into it.
