So my package was delivered via a car and a half opened box. One glass was broken another chipped. I got on Macy's website and realized my only option is a return. I can not find one way of contacting any associate from the store to inquire. Absolutely no way to talk to anyone. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I only had them for less then 6 months and I only have 2 glasses left. They broke way to easily. You would just pick it up the wrong way and they broke. Very disappointed in these Lenox cups. I expected better quality.
