Doesn't work for me

Quality of slipper does not compare to my older Uggs. Seems the material quality has lessened over the years. They seem to run really big I sized downed 2 sizes and even the size 4 fits loose. In the photo the back looks like it would cover a little more but it's very low like a slipper. Doesn't provide any coverage on back of foot.
