Yikes! Hey, UGG, where's the wool gone?

The last pair of UGG moccasins I will order. I've worn these for years and loved them. I ordered my usual size and they were too large due to a significant decrease in the amount of shearling wool on the inside. Was it even the same wool at all? They felt too big and too thin at the same time. I could tell they wouldn't wear with the same endurance. I'll give you a couple of stars for looks, but yikes. A very noticeable drop in quality from previous UGGs I've owned.
