I ordered a brand new pair of UGG boots from Macy’s, but what I received was clearly a used pair. There were obvious signs of wear, and it was very disappointing to open the package and see this. This experience completely ruined my mood and did not meet the standard I expect from a major retailer like Macy’s. I hope Macy’s takes quality control more seriously and ensures customers receive new items as advertised.
Used and wrong item
Not only did the wrong item came it’s was used in a box with no top I wanna know how and who would send something like that to someone in 2026 when people work so hard for there money an everything is so outrageously priced. Where is the quality control.

There's nothing as useful and wearable as the Classic Ugg Mini! Goes with all casual wear and easy to slip on for dog walking. I size down in Ugg boots since they are made to wear without socks. I order a size 7 for my size 8 feet and they are perfect!

This is the second time I buy these for my daughter. She loves them. They are cozy, stylish and it goes with everything. The color I bought is chestnut.
