Assembly was difficult. Things not lined up correctly. Replacing hardware so it would fit correctly. Sides of beds seem flimsy. Had to cut the slat straps to make them evenly spaced out. I would have returned but we had built to much of the bed to go back. I do not look forward to moving this bed in the future. Pretty disappointed after everyone speaking so highly of the brand. We do love the fabric on the bed.

Expected better
Bought two of these beds and the quality is just okay. One of the beds was missing screws, so I couldn’t install the wheels on one of the drawers. The mattress slats are also spaced too far apart, so I’ll need to buy a bunkie board or something similar for proper support. For the price, I expected noticeably better quality and attention to detail.

Assembly is AWFUL!
A nightmare to assemble! Between my husband and myself, we have many years of experience assembling furniture - this bed was a beast. Multiple pre-drilled holes did not align, screws kept spinning once tightened, and we had to finagle our way thru much of the assembly. This took over 7 hours for 2 people, and required a third person for some of the steps. I'm not sure about the soundness of the final product, since the very last screw in the assembly was MISSING! The bed looks cute and my daughter likes the look of it but the quality is poor and I doubt it will last more than a couple of years once we receive and install the missing hardware. I would have sent the entire thing back but I can't imagine boxing it all back up and it was just easier to keep it. I can't understand all the 5 star reviews, unless the company filters out the negative ones. I would NOT recommend this product!
