Refused to Honor purchase

Bought this set when it went on sale. Order confirmed. 3 days later got email that said set was out of stock. Looked online and they were available, but at higher price. Customer service said they would honor my purchase price, then when came back after being on hold 30 min they said they would not honor it, but would let me purchase at higher price.
